Breaking through the limits we previously perceived will have a positive impact in all areas of our lives. We will better understand what freedom and independence means; we will become more in tune with our true feelings. When we can recognize our feelings and emotions, have clarity about what we want, and express that with ease, relationships can give us a sense of stability, happiness, and trust. Moving beyond artificial limits leads us to a state of harmony where we can create positive relationships. I like what Victor Hugo said: "Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and that which cannot remain silent." Our feelings are our music.
